Q: What do I do if I forgot my Customer Id or Password?
Generally, account numbers are 5 letters followed by 5 numbers - for example, ABCDE12345. Your account number is printed on just about every piece of paperwork that gets generated in support of our relationship with you. You can find in on invoices, packing slips, account statements, and on any Case Parts correspondence.
